- Each member has a preferential employment opportunity for themselves or child. This implies that where a vacancy is available and either the member or their child is a candidate, they are given first preference.
- Each member is registered under the online e-learning academy during their investment tenure. This further applies to a member’s child where one’s child is granted sponsored membership onto e-learning content and material.
- Each member benefits from expanded profit sharing which significantly grows the member’s investment value.
- During the investment tenure, all members with entrepreneurial desires will be trained, grouped and established where profitable business ideas will be internally funded and guided by Our Group during the investment term. At the end of the term, the invested capital will be recovered or refinanced and the established business will then be independent of Our Group and be added onto the Our Group preferred suppliers database.
- All required external services by the group will be sourced internally from members who are already service providers. The same applies to the procurement of raw materials, these will be sourced through members who are currently in business failing which, the external market will be considered.
- Previous members are registered as an alumni of Our Group post the investment period and continue to have access to business development resources and entrepreneurial services offering to Our Group’s business chain. Entrepreneurs running businesses from the initiative will further be included into the business development group to ensure sustainability of the businesses.
